McNeilly Center for Children


McNeilly Center for Children provides exceptional early care and education to more than 500 children in six locations in East Nashville. Currently in its 95th year,McNeilly Center for Children is one of the largest providers of high quality, affordable early childhood education in Middle Tennessee, serving children ages 6 weeks-12 years whose parents are working, in school, or in job training. McNeilly’s nationally accredited (NAEYC), 3-STAR (highest possible rating) programs promote children’s growth, development, and school readiness in an outcome-based environment. McNeilly’s comprehensive, well-rounded curriculum, and professional teachers and staff provide children with education, structure, stability,and nurturing that are essential to building a foundation of intellectual, social, emotional and physical well-being. McNeilly provides a safe environment for young children and additionally responds to the needs of the families of enrolled children by providing parenting education and social services. McNeilly offers an Infant/Toddler program, two preschool programs (children ages 2 to 5 years), and three school-age programs that provide before and after care, and care when school is not in session.
